    Terms of Use

    Effective October 15, 2026

    Operator and products

These terms are between you and Federal Health Contract Signals, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company and wholly owned subsidiary of Monarch Space Systems, Inc. The LLC operates Clinician Contract Intelligence™ and Federal Health Contract Signals™. Both are product brands, not separate legal entities. These terms do not grant access to another product workspace.

    Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Do not share an account or credentials.

    Decision support

The products provide informational and decision-support tools. They do not provide medical, legal, tax, financial, employment, or clinical advice. You must review and validate extracted, generated, summarized, or inferred information against authoritative sources before relying on it.

    Patient information

Do not intentionally submit protected health information (PHI), patient information, medical records, or other patient-identifying data. These products are not designed to receive or process patient information.

    Acceptable use

You may use the products for your own authorized professional purposes. You may not scrape or systematically extract the service, share credentials, circumvent access or security controls, probe for vulnerabilities, disrupt service, misuse another person's data, reverse engineer protected portions, or use the products unlawfully.

    Intellectual property

Federal Health Contract Signals, LLC, its parent company, and applicable licensors retain their respective rights in the products, software, designs, and product content. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the products during your authorized access period. You retain rights in content you lawfully submit.

Free access and future paid memberships

Current free access requires no payment method. No live paid checkout is enabled, and no payment method is required to create or use a free account within the available free-tier features.

Planned paid memberships may be displayed with anticipated prices and features as “coming soon.” Those displays are informational and are not an active offer to sell or a live checkout. Before any paid purchase is enabled, the applicable price, renewal or duration terms, cancellation and refund terms, taxes where applicable, and payment-provider or Merchant-of-Record information will be disclosed before purchase.

Current planned pricing is $35.99 USD one-time for a 90-day Clinician Contract Intelligence Pass, $69 USD/month for Contractor Essentials, and $129 USD/month or $1,290 USD/year for Contractor Professional. Contractor Open is free. These planned paid offerings are not currently purchasable.

    Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, unlawful conduct, or violation of these terms. We will use proportionate measures where practicable.

    Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that cannot reasonably be given for decision-support software. Federal Health Contract Signals, LLC does not warrant that outputs are complete, current, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable direct loss and excludes indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited or waived.

    Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Ohio law and applicable United States law to the extent permitted by law and without overriding non-waivable consumer, statutory, privacy, employment, or other legal rights that may apply.

Before formal proceedings, contact us for a good-faith informal written effort to resolve the issue. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue any remedy available in a court or other forum that has lawful jurisdiction, including small-claims procedures where applicable. Nothing in these terms requires arbitration, waives a jury trial, waives the ability to participate in a class or representative action, shortens a legally required limitations period, or waives any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

    Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the products or law change. The effective date identifies the current version, and material changes will be presented through a reasonable notice method. Questions may be sent to support@fedhealthcontracts.com.
